    Present Perfect Continuous Tense के अंतर्गत 4 प्रकार के सेन्टेन्सेज आते हैं। इस Post में सभी प्रकार के Sentence को अधिक Detail में Examples के साथ में बताया और समझाया गया है। आइए अब प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस को सीखना प्रारम्भ करते हैं।

    Recognition (पहचान): 

    Present Perfect Continuous Tense के Hindi Sentences (वाक्य) की पहचान करने के लिए वाक्य के अंत में ता रहा है, ती रही है, ते रहे हैं, ता रहा हूँ, ती रही हूँ, ते रही हूँ, ते रहे हो, ती रही हो, ते रहे हो, ते रहें हों आदि  शब्द आते है। इस तरह के वाक्य में कार्य जारी रहने का समय अवश्य दिया होता है।

     Examples:
    • महिमा 8 बजे से रोजाना ऑफिस जा रही है।  
    • वे सुबह से अभ्यास कर रहे हैं। 
    • हम 3 दिन से यह किताब लिख रहे हैं।  
    उपर्युक्त वाक्यों से यह ज्ञात होता है कि कार्य लगातार जारी है। इन हिंदी सेन्टेन्सेज में कार्य जारी रहने का समय भी दिया हुआ है। अतः ये सभी वाक्य Present Perfect Continuous Tense के वाक्य हैं। 

    प्रेजेंट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस और प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के हिंदी वाक्यों की पहचान में अंतर।
    "नोट:  प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के वाक्य में समय दिया होता है जबकि प्रेजेंट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के वाक्य में समय नहीं दिया होता है।" 

    प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस मुख्यतः निम्न 4 प्रकार के होते हैं।  
    1. Affirmative Sentence (सकारात्मक वाक्य)
    2. Negative Sentence (नकारात्मक वाक्य)
    3. Interrogative Sentence (प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य)
    3(a). Interrogative Sentence Type 1 (प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य प्रकार 1)
    3(b). Interrogative Sentence Type 2 (प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य प्रकार 2) 
    4. Interrogative Negative Sentences (नकारात्मक प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य)

    Present Perfect Continuous Tense Affirmative Sentences in Hindi:(सकारात्मक वाक्य)

    Rule / Formula: Present Perfect Continuous Tense में Affirmative Sentence की Hindi से English बनाते समय निम्नलिखत Rule (Formula) का उपयोग करते हैं।

    Subject + have / has + been + verb(1st form + ing) + object + since / for + वाक्य में दिया हुआ समय


    उपर्युक्त Formula में:
    • सबसे पहले कर्ता(Subject) लिखें।
    • इसके बाद कर्ता(Subject) के अनुसार has या have का प्रयोग करें।
    • Note: 1. यदि कर्ता(Subject) he, she, it या एक वचन (singular number) हो, तो has का प्रयोग करें।
    • Note: 2. यदि कर्ता(Subject)  I, we, you, they या बहुवचन (plural number) हो, तो have का प्रयोग करें।
    • इसके बाद been लिखें।
    • इसके बाद verb की first form में ing जोड़कर लिखें।
    • इसके बाद कर्म (Object) लिखें।
    • इसके बाद since या  for  में से किसी एक का प्रयोग करके वाक्य में दिए हुए टाइम की अंग्रेजी लिखें।
    • इसके बाद अगर Sentence में अगर कोई और शब्द दिया हो तो उसकी English लिखें।

    Example: 
    मैं 4 दिन से बगीचे में फुटबाल खेल रहा हूँ।
    I + have been + play+ing football +  for + 4 days + in the garden.
    या I have been playing football for 4 days in the garden.


    Since & For Uses in Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi 

    Since और For का प्रयोग कहाँ और कैसे करें?

    निश्चित समय (Point of Time) के लिए  "Since" का प्रयोग करते हैं। जैसे- since 8 o'clock, since Monday, since evening, since morning, since1920, since last week, since last month, etc.
    अनिश्चित समय या समय की अवधि (Period of Time) के लिए  "for" का प्रयोग करते हैं। जैसे- for two weeks, for five days, for four years, for 8 months, for six hours, etc.

    Since/for प्रयोग करने की Tips & Trick:

    यहाँ पर हम एक लाइन का नियम बताने जारहा हूँ जो हर जगह अप्लाई होगा। अगर आप इस नियम को याद रखेगे तो कभी भी आपको since और for का प्रयोग करने में कठनाई नहीं होगी।

    नियम : जहाँ संख्या के बाद दिन वर्ष घंटा महीना सप्ताह आता है वहां for लगता है, और शेष के साथ में since.

    1. मैं 4 दिन से अपना काम कर रहा हूँ।
    I have been doing my work for four days.

    2. गरिमा पिछले साल से रोज स्कूल जा रही है। 
    Garima has been going to school every day since last year.

    3. तुम शाम  से एक आम खा रहे हो। 
    You have been eating a mango since evening.

    4. वे पिछले हफ्ते से अपना नाश्ता कर रहे है। 
    They have been taking their breakfast since last week.

    5. वह सुबह  से अपना पाठ याद कर रही है। 
    She has been learning her lesson since morning.

    6. हम 4 साल से गेंद खेल रहे है। 
    We have been playing football for four years.

    7. वे रोजाना सुबह सात बजे से खेत जा रहे हैं। 
    They have been going to the field every day since 7 o'clock in the morning.

    8. मनीष पिछले 6 वर्ष से मेडिकल परीक्षा पास करता आ रहा है। 
    Manish has been passing the medical examination for the last 6 years.

    9. बच्चे 2 सप्ताह से रिक्शे से स्कूल जा रहे हैं। 
    Children have been going to school by rickshaw for 2 weeks.

    10. नूतन अपनी कक्षा में 3 बजे से पढाई कर रहा है। 
    Nutan has been studying in her class since 3 o'clock.

    Present Perfect Continuous Tense Negative Sentences in Hindi: (नकारात्मक वाक्य)

    Rule/Formula: Present Perfect Continuous Tense में Negative Sentence की Hindi से English बनाते समय निम्नलिखत Rule (Formula) का use करते हैं।

    Subject + have / has + not + been + verb(1st form + ing ) + object + since / for + वाक्य में दिया हुआ समय


    उपर्युक्त Formula में:
    • सबसे पहले कर्ता(Subject) लिखें।
    • इसके बाद कर्ता(Subject) के अनुसार has या have का प्रयोग करें।
    • Note: 1. यदि कर्ता(Subject) he, she, it या एक वचन (singular number) हो, तो has का प्रयोग करें।
    • Note: 2. यदि कर्ता(Subject)  I, we, you, they या बहुवचन (plural number) हो, तो have का प्रयोग करें।
    • इसके बाद not का प्रयोग करें।
    • इसके बाद been लिखें।
    • इसके बाद verb की first form में ing जोड़कर लिखें।
    • इसके बाद कर्म (Object) लिखें।
    • इसके बाद since या  for  में से किसी एक का प्रयोग करके वाक्य में दिए हुए टाइम की अंग्रेजी लिखें ।
    • इसके बाद अगर Sentence में अगर कोई और शब्द दिया हो तो उसकी English लिखें।

    1. मैं 4 दिन से अपना काम नहीं कर रहा हूँ।
    I have not been doing my work for four days.

    2. गरिमा पिछले साल से रोज स्कूल नहीं जा रही है। 
    Garima has not been going to school every day since last year.

    3. तुम शाम से एक आम नहीं खा रहे हो। 
    You have not been eating a mango since the evening.

    4. वे पिछले हफ्ते से अपना नाश्ता नहीं कर रहे है। 
    They have not been taking their breakfast since last week.

    5. वह सुबह से अपना पाठ नहीं याद कर रही है। 
    She has not been learning her lesson since morning.

    6. हम 4 साल से गेंद नहीं  खेल रहे है।

    7. वह 4 वर्ष से कपड़े नहीं सिल रहा है। 
    He has not been sewing clothes for 4 years.

    8. मेरी बहन पिछले 2 घंटे से मेरे साथ नहीं पढ़ रही है। 
    My sister has not been studying with me since last 2 hours.

    9. वे मंगलवार से अपनी परीक्षा नहीं दे रहे हैं। 
    He has not been giving his exam since Tuesday.

    10. मेरे पिताजी से सुबह से अखबार नहीं पढ़ रहे हैं। 
    My father has not been reading the newspaper since morning.

    Present Perfect Continuous Tense Interrogative Sentences in Hindi: (प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य)

    Interrogative Sentences दो तरह के होते हैं।
    Interrogative Sentence Type -1 : वो Interrogative Sentences जिनमे क्या शब्द वाक्य के पहले दिया हो।
    Interrogative Sentence Type -2 : वो Interrogative Sentences जिनमे  प्रश्नवाचक शब्द (Question word) वाक्य के बीच में दिया हो।

    Interrogative Sentence Type -1:

    Rule: Present Perfect Continuous Tense में (वो Interrogative Sentences जिनमे क्या शब्द वाक्य के पहले दिया हो।) Sentence की Hindi से English बनाते समय निम्नलिखत Rule (Formula) का प्रयोग करते हैं। 

    Have / Has + Subject + been  + verb(1st form) + ing + object + since / for + वाक्य में दिया हुआ समय


    उपर्युक्त Formula में:

    1. क्या मैं 4 दिन से अपना काम कर रहा हूँ?
    Have I been doing my work for four days?

    2. गरिमा पिछले साल से रोज स्कूल जा रही है?
    Has Garima been going to school every day since last year?

    9. क्या रश्मि 3 दिनों से बाजार से सब्जी ला रही है ?
    Has Rashmi been bringing vegetables from the market for 3 days?

    10. क्या माताजी पिछले 2 दिनों से चाय पी रही हैं ?
    Has mother been drinking tea for the last 2 days?

    Interrogative Sentence Type -2:

    Rule: Present Perfect Continuous Tense में (वो Interrogative Sentences जिनमे प्रश्नवाचक शब्द (Question word) वाक्य के बीच में दिया हो।) Sentence की Hindi से English बनाते समय निम्नलिखत Rule (Formula) का use करते हैं।

    Question Word + have / has + Subject + been + verb(1st form) + ing + object + since / for + वाक्य में दिया हुआ समय

    • सबसे पहले Question Word (प्रश्नवाचक शब्द) की अंग्रेजी लिखें।

    Present perfect continuous tense में ऐसे वाक्यों से Interrogative(प्रश्नवाचक) तथा Negative(नकारात्मक) दोनों भाव प्रकट होते हैं। ऐसे वाक्यों की हिंदी से अंग्रेजी बनाते समय Main Verb(मुख्य क्रिया) से पहले not का प्रयोग करते हैं। इसके बाद बाकी के नियम को Present perfect continuous tense के interrogative sentence के नियम की तरह Apply करते हैं।

    4. हम 3 दिन से क्रिकेट खेलने मैदान में क्यों नहीं जा रहा हूं? 
    5. तुम कंप्यूटर सीखने मेरे घर में  4 साल से क्यों नहीं आ रहे हो?

    Translations:

    1. Have you not been going to school for 4 months?
    2. Has he not been sleeping in his house since last week?
    3. Why have I not been going to eat food at your house since last night?
    4. Why have we not been going to play cricket for 3 days?
